Are you tired of being misunderstood? Are you tired of not achieving your goals?
I have always believed that with good communication you can build a better relationship with each other. For this reason, I chose the subject Applied Communication Psychology & Transcultural Coaching (MAS), which I successfully completed in 2018.
Since 2019 I am a certified PSI Competence Consultant according to Prof. Dr. Julius Kuhl. Originally from Debrecen (Hungary), I have been living in Zurich, Switzerland for more than 20 years. After my studies, I worked as a private coach for business and private people and as a voluntary job coach for young people in Zurich.
The communication scientist, Paul Watzlawick, already suggested that we create our reality and that this is very subjective.
How real is the reality?
I lived for years believing that my reality was the “right” one: it was a mistake and I felt this often, especially in disagreements. This realisation led me to study communication and cross-cultural coaching – and over time they became my passion.

Every human being is an undiscovered world: we are different but some elements are the same. We want to be understood, feel empathy, experience love and security. But people also need goals, something worth living for and getting up for every day. My goal as a coach is to get the best out of every situation. I firmly believe that people are capable of change if they are willing and ready.
Psychology, especially the young science of communication psychology, are popular topics.
Various personality models have emerged in the last decades and they have provided us with valuable thoughts on how to get to know ourselves better. How we react to what is said or how we present ourselves (verbally and non-verbally) is inseparably linked to our personality.
